Assign Roles to Users

In Aden, roles define what each user can see and do within the platform. Administrators can assign, modify, or remove access directly from the Employee Role Assignment window under the Administration → Employees module.

This allows you to control permissions across modules such as HR, Finance, Project Management, and more — ensuring every employee has access only to what they need.

Steps to Assign a Role

  1. Open the Employees Table

    • Go to Business Modules → Administration → Employees.

    • Locate the employee you’d like to manage.

  2. Open Role Assignment Panel

    • Click the Employee Role Assignment icon in the Action column.

    • A pop-up window titled Employee Role Assignment will appear.

  3. Assign Roles

  1. Select a Role and Click "Add"

  2. Congratulations! You've assigned a role 🎉
